Investment project

A premium multi-storey hotel in the center of Uzhhorod with 140 rooms. It opens Uzhhorod in a new way, reflecting the identity and patterns of the European city in the hotel design concept. It has its own large SPA complex with a swimming pool, massage room, and relaxation room, as well as a sky restaurant with Ukrainian cuisine, which offers incredible views of the city.

A 5-storey WOL apartment hotel in Vinnytsia. The project was developed jointly with TEMO design bureau. There are 78 apartments of different categories and size on 5 floors of the hotel.

An authentic cottage community among the Carpathian mountains and forests. The cottage community is being built with great respect for nature among centuries-old spruce trees near a small stream, away from the hustle and bustle. The complex has a large territory with an outdoor pool, a fire pit, playgrounds and a walking route through the forest. The project was developed in cooperation with the architectural and construction company COSMOS in. There are 47 houses in the town with 63 rooms of different categories.
